Nestled in the Habitation Saint Charles hotel complex, with a waterfall pool in a natural setting, this Boutique-Hotel was built with noble materials and consists of 8 bungalows with natural stone pools and waterfall terraces, 9 hotel rooms and 4 luxurious villas with private pools.

The villa is nestled in a lush vegetation and flamboyant nature along a small river bordering the sugar cane fields.

Only at a 15 minute drive from the airport and 1 hour maximum to any destination on the island, the villa is located in the center of Guadeloupe, which makes it an excellent starting point to visit the island, from Grande-Terre to Basse-Terre.

The villa offers its guests the comfort of space and privacy of a private residence while enjoying the services of a luxury hotel, in the sun, softened by the Caribbean breeze.

Please note: Rates vary according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 4 bedrooms and 8 people maximum, one rate for the entire 4-bedroom villa and the dormitory, i.e. 15 people maximum).
