Just 3 km from Malendure Beach and the Cousteau Reserve, the villa is an ideal base for exploring the underwater world, spotting sea turtles, scuba diving, snorkeling or kayaking around the Pigeon Islands. Beaches, rivers, waterfalls and the tropical rainforest of Basse-Terre complete this privileged setting.

Local shops are less than 1 km away, while a shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and a gas station is just 2 km away. A car is essential to make the most of the area’s many attractions.

Surrounded by an 800 m² tropical garden, this 125 m² villa features a private infinity pool and spacious terraces offering panoramic views of Guadeloupe’s leeward coast.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the villa has two independent levels connected by an outdoor staircase, making it ideal for multigenerational families or several couples seeking both conviviality and privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets.

Both spaces open onto a 50 m² covered terrace with direct access to the pool deck. The private infinity pool overlooks the sea, offering the perfect setting to relax and admire the tropical scenery.

Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor lounge furniture and a barbecue invite you to make the most of the terraces and enjoy the gentle Caribbean evenings, with spectacular sunsets over the leeward coast as a backdrop.

Please note: The lower level is located immediately next to the swimming pool and is not suitable for young children. Children must be accommodated on the fully enclosed upper level.
