Important to know: Rates vary depending on the number of guests and bedrooms used (one rate for the Garden & Pool level including 2 bedrooms for up to 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby, and another rate for the full villa with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 adults, 1 child and 1 baby). In the 2-bedroom option, only the lower level of the villa is accessible; the upper level is closed and will not be rented to other guests under any circumstances.
Please note: Due to the layout of the villa, the spiral staircase between levels and the direct access to the pool, the property is not suitable for guests with visual or mobility impairments or for very young children. The villa is best suited to confident swimmers and eco-conscious travelers.
