As part of the Habitation Saint Charles property, with a waterfall pool in a natural setting, the Boutique-Hotel was built with noble materials and consists of 8 bungalows with natural stone pools and waterfall terraces, 9 hotel rooms and 4 luxurious villas with private pools.

The villa is nestled in a lush vegetation and flamboyant nature along a small river bordering the sugar cane fields.

Only at a 15 minute drive from the airport and 1 hour maximum from any destination on the island, the villa is located in the center of Guadeloupe, which makes it an excellent starting point to visit the island, from Grande-Terre to Basse-Terre.
