Several kilometers long, this magnificent golden sand beach owes its name to the three islets that can be admired from the shore and whose shape is reminiscent of whale backs.
Protected by a coral reef, Las Ballenas beach benefits from warm, calm and shallow water, ideal for families as well as for snorkelling enthusiasts.
The north-west part of the beach also offers the possibility of witnessing superb sunsets.
A small water sports center that offers rentals of dinghies and small catamarans, is located south-east of the beach
