On a vast tropical garden of more than 5000m², this large villa is 150 meters from the beach.

On this great property, the villa offers various playgrounds, including a bocce ball court, a large swimming pool with slide, a space with pool table, a tennis table.

A beautiful barbecue area is available, as well as various garden areas where you can find peace and quiet.

The villa consists of two floors and a tower, accessible by spiral stairs from the upper floor. At the top of this staircase, there is a small terrace with a 360°c panoramic view.

On the main level, we find:

2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size double bed (160x200) and their private bathroom, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool
1 beautiful kitchen, well equipped and open to a large covered terrace with a dining and lounge area facing the pool
1 pool area in front of the main entrance

On the upper floor, accessible by an external staircase, you will find:

2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed (160x200) and their private bathroom, overlooking the gardens and swimming pool and accessible from the terrace on the first level
1 large living room with sofa, a flat screen TV, from where you can access the two bedrooms on the first floor. It is possible to add 3 single extra beds, if needed.

From the living room, a staircase leads to a tower and its magnificent panoramic view.
