The Habitation I'SEO comprises 6 accommodations, each equipped with a private glazed Tiny Pool, a terrace and access to the Pierre & Vacances beach, less than 600 m away. These holiday rentals follow an Adult Only concept (children aged 13 and over), designed to offer a calm and intimate setting.

The 6 accommodations are laid out as follows:

Malanga Apartment – sleeps 4
The Malanga is a spacious 40 m² apartment, specially designed to meet the needs of guests with reduced mobility. Located on the upper level, it allows direct access by car. This apartment comes with very fine amenities: a large air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-Size bed and a large natural wood wardrobe, as well as a spacious living room with a quality 140 cm-wide sofa bed and a large-screen smart TV. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and toilet. The equipped kitchen is located on the outdoor terrace, which can be closed off with an electric shutter. A glazed triangular Tiny Pool completes this apartment for delightful moments of relaxation.

Upper-Floor Studios – sleeps 2 (2 units)
The 2 Upper-Floor Studios of 20 m² — one on the intermediate level, the other on the top level — each feature a glazed triangular Tiny Pool, along with a lovely sun deck fitted with sun loungers. These studios come with lovely amenities: a large air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-Size bed and natural wood wardrobe, a large-screen smart TV, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The equipped kitchen is located on the outdoor terrace, which can be closed off with an electric canvas awning.

Ground-Floor Studios – sleeps 2 (2 units)
Our 2 Ground-Floor Studios of 20 m² each offer an outdoor space with a private square Tiny Pool, a lounge area and sun loungers. These studios benefit from the same thoughtful amenities: a large air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-Size bed and natural wood wardrobe, a large-screen smart TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, as well as an equipped kitchen on the terrace, which can be closed off with an electric canvas awning.

Le Voyageur Apartment – sleeps 2
