Conditions of travel to the French Antilles

As specified in the press release from the French overseas ministry of July 13, 2020 (*):

A negative Covid19 PCR test is mandatory before traveling to the French Antilles.
Passengers bound for Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy are no longer subject to a mandatory quarantine measure on their arrival.
These travel conditions are likely to change depending on the decisions of the state and the local authorities concerned.

Covid cancellation policy:

Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barth: Full refund

For any reservation made after July 31, 2020, in the event that it is impossible to travel for a reason directly related to the Covid19 health crisis, Antilles Exception undertakes to reimburse in full the amounts collected. This commitment is specified on all of our contracts with our customers as follows: "As an exception to our usual contractual conditions, the cancellation of this reservation would be free and at no cost (full refund) in the following cases related to Covid 19 : Confinement or ban on travel on the destination island (regardless of the duration), confinement at the tenant's main place of residence, absence of flight. Other causes of cancellation (tenant's illness, restaurants closed, fear of traveling…) will refer to the contractual cancellation conditions (**).

Saint Martin: Refund 70%, Credit note 30%

For any reservation made after July 31, 2020, if it is impossible to travel for a reason directly related to the Covid19 health crisis, Antilles Exception undertakes to issue a credit note of 30% of the total amount of the stay valid for 12 months for the same accommodation and to fully reimburse sums received beyond 30%. This commitment is specified on all of our contracts with our customers as follows: "As an exception to our usual contractual conditions, the cancellation of this reservation will be subject to a credit note of 30% of the total amount of the stay. valid for 12 months on the same accommodation and a full refund of the sums received beyond 30% in the following cases related to Covid 19: Confinement or ban on travel on the island of destination (regardless of the duration) , confinement at the tenant's main residence, absence of flight. Other causes of cancellation (tenant's illness, restaurants closed, fear of traveling, etc.) will refer to the contractual cancellation conditions (**).

Sanitary protocol

Our partners - airlines, car rental companies, villa managers - ensure compliance with the health standards defined for their sectors of activity. Regarding the villas, our managers are committed to respecting the "UNPLV-O² Care Services (***) health protocol" defined by the French National Union for the Promotion of Vacation Rentals.
