2 km south of Vieux-Habitants, on Pointe du Corps de Garde and accessible by the road National N2, there is a beautiful beach of black sand and pebbles. There are picnic tables and toilets. The beach is relatively busy on weekends.
Located to the south of the town, Rocroy beach is a pretty little cove with relatively calm waters, lined with pebbles and dark gray volcanic sand, which can be very hot for bare feet.
There are showers and picnic tables. Very popular with locals, it is quite busy on weekends and public holidays, but quieter during the week for those looking for peace and quiet.
A restaurant-lounge bar is also located on this beach. The site is renowned for the beauty of its seabed.
