Location of the villa
The villa is located on the Caribbean Sea in a residence known as Shore Pointe.
You get the best of both worlds during your stay as you are right on the beach and within walking distance of Porto Cupecoy which has a beautiful marina with stores and restaurants.
The villa is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Marigot, the capital on the French side. Cupecoy is a very convenient area as it is central and on the border of the Dutch and French sides.

Amazing We had the most wonderful time in St. Martin and could not be more grateful to the Sotheby’s Realty team for taking such amazing care of us. From Axel who provided amazing service and suggestions and reservations for us to Juliette who came and cleaned each day and was so thoughtful and thorough, we were able to completely let go and relax!!
