Located high above the gated community of Indigo Bay in the Dutch part of St. Maarten, this stunning luxury property offers breathtaking ocean views and a welcome retreat from the world.
Ideally located, the villa is just a short drive from Indigo Beach and its famous beach restaurant. Philipsburg and Simpson Bay are only a 10-minute drive away, while the Princess Juliana Airport and Marigot are only a 15-minute drive away.
Yet most guests are enamored with the property and find they need nothing more than its elegant surroundings and first-rate amenities.

This luxurious property has been built on several levels, offering all its guests an exceptional sea view.
Upon entering the spacious lobby on the ground floor, a magnificent spiral staircase and elevator will lead you to the Main Level:
- A spacious air-conditioned living room/kitchen area where you will share wonderful moments with your family and friends
- A large living area opens onto the infinity pool overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Indigo Bay with its hills plunging into the turquoise waters
- The outdoor lounge area with its comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax
- You can also entertain your guests by cooking in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen while they sip a delicious cocktail at the outdoor bar overlooking the ocean
On the upper floor, via a spiral staircase:
