Recently built, this villa enjoys a pleasant sea breeze and a calm environment, while still offering easy access to shops and restaurants.
Just 180 meters from Anse Figuier beach, enjoy a swim in the turquoise waters, a stroll along the seafront, or a sunset in the colors of the Caribbean.

Property

Designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests, the Villa can also host 2 additional children (under 6) on request, as an option. Its three air-conditioned bedrooms each offer an elegant, restful atmosphere.

On the ground floor, one bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, complemented by a separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace. This is where you'll find the large outdoor table, seating up to 8 people, ideal for meals with family or friends.
Just steps away, the outdoor space becomes the true heart of the villa: a private pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue create the perfect setting to enjoy the climate of Les Saintes and extend your evenings outdoors.
Inside, a cozy little lounge with a television provides a comfortable, cool space to unwind after a day exploring Terre-de-Haut.
Private parking with an electric vehicle charging station completes the amenities, a welcome touch for today's stays.

Three Villas, One Address
The Villa is part of an estate made up of three independent villas: SATH04 and SATH05. They can be booked separately or combined to create accommodation for up to 18 people, an ideal setup for a large family stay or a getaway with friends in Les Saintes.
Please note: 2 small mattresses can be added for €20 per night per mattress for children under 6.

To do close to the villa

Fully Experience Terre-de-Haut
From the Villa, easily set out to explore Terre-de-Haut and Les Saintes at your own pace. By golf cart, scooter, or e-bike, travel the island's roads to discover its landscapes, its little coves, and its views over the Caribbean Sea.
Among the must-sees: Fort Napoléon, Pompierre Beach, and the famous Pain de Sucre, perfect for a swim in crystal-clear water.
Water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, with the La Dive Bouteille diving club and a kayak rental service located about 300 meters from the villa.
For hiking lovers, Le Chameau, the highest point on Terre-de-Haut, makes a lovely outing of about 45 minutes round trip. Once at the top, the view over the archipelago is exceptional, especially as the sun sets over the Caribbean.
And when evening comes, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village and dine at one of the island's restaurants, with the spectacular Bay of Les Saintes as a backdrop.
