The villa is in the countryside halfway between Sainte Anne and Saint François in Grande Terre in Guadeloupe. The environment is very calm, serene and relaxing.

The sea is about 500m from the house and the nearest beach, the one of Pierre et Vacances, is about 2 km away.

A small local shop is about 250m from the villa.

The villa is located in the middle of the south coast of Grande Terre making it an ideal starting point to explore the diversity of the beaches.
