The main level, the true heart of the house, is built around a beautiful central heated pool. It includes:
- Two air-conditioned suites, each located on either side of the pool, with a queen-size bed (160x200), a private bathroom, and separate restroom, ensuring privacy and tranquility
- The fully equipped, well ventilated and air-conditioned kitchen opens onto the sea-view terrace
- A spacious living room with two 3-seater electric sofas and ceiling fans. The entire villa is air-conditioned for optimal comfort. A TV with French cable Orange TV completes this welcoming space

- A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator, and direct access to the covered garage
