The heart of the villa is centered around a vast, light-filled living space, entirely open thanks to large bay windows and wooden louvers that allow air to circulate freely. It opens directly onto a huge wooden terrace and a superb 14 x 3m salt-water pool, designed as a lap pool, with an underwater alarm for safety
Around the pool, you can enjoy both sunny areas and a covered terrace equipped with a large table for 14 people, ideal for convivial meals
The living area features three two-seater sofas, a three-seater sofa, and an armchair, all pleasantly cooled by ceiling fans. The space is completed by a smart TV (by French calbe "Orange") with fiber optics, for your moments of relaxation
The spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen also features a fan, a table for 10, a central island with seating for 6, and a full range of amenities: gas hob, large refrigerator, griddle, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and more. A laundry room with a second refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer.

For sleeping accommodations, the villa includes:

An air-conditioned master suite with a 160 x 200cm double bed, a 90 x 200cm single bed, a fan, a private bathroom, and a toilet
Four independent suites nestled in the garden and accessible only from the outside (without direct communication between them or with the common area), each equipped with a 160 x 200cm bed, a 90 x 200cm single bed, air conditioning, and their own private bathroom and toilet. Each suite also has its own small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or a private breakfast.

All the bedrooms are identical in their layout and comfort, eliminating the need for a "fight" over the bedroom selection during a group stay: everyone enjoys the same level of service and privacy.

Please note: Access to the villa is via a very steep slope, and parking inside can be difficult; however, parking is available a little higher up if necessary.
