Located in a very quiet environment of the town of Sainte Anne, and surrounded by a 4800m² vast garden with an old mill, this charming property is near the very pretty beach of Anse Michel, with lagoon and coconut trees, at 5-7 minutes by car and many other beautiful beaches of the south of Martinique are at less than 15 minutes.
A mini-market is located just a few steps from the villa, the town of Sainte Anne is 7 km (10 minutes) by car.
