Location of the villa
The villa is located on the Atlantic coast of Sainte Anne, south of Martinique and near the most beautiful beaches: L'Anse Michel beach is 800m away.
In its large park of 8000m2, the villa dominates the surroundings and offers an exceptional panorama on this portion of the coast and "Ilet Chevalier".
You will find a local shop 2km away, and Le Marin and its shops are about 7km away.

Decorated with care, the villa includes 4 bedrooms and has comfortable and quality furniture.
The upper floor, made of dark wood, has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a double bed. The first bedroom, with its own bathroom, shares a balcony with the second one. The upstairs loft mezzanine includes a single bed, can be use for a 7th guest bed, and a second bathroom.
The garden level includes:
- A large living room (60m²) open onto the terraces with a TV and lounge area.
- A large well equipped kitchen, open onto the terrace and the living room
- A large terrace (170m²) partially covered with an exceptional panorama on Cap Chevalier, has 3 distinct outdoor spaces: a lounge area, a dining area and a gazebo with another lounge area.
You can refresh in the small 16m² swimming pool there for you.
You will very much appreciate the sea view with its surrounding nature and the tranquility.

Un peu trop loin de l’animation du bourg de St Anne ou de Marin. Mais vue exceptionnelle !!!! La villa est très très bien équipée, on se sent chez soi. La piscine est à l’ombre, pas chauffée donc inutilisable pour la frileuse que je suis !!!! Petite suggestion : mettre à disposition des petites chaises pliables à utiliser pour aller à la plage.

March 2017Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et le salon de jardin avec la vue magnifique sur l’ilet Chevalier. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec goût et au calme ! La plage sous les cocotiers à 10 mn de la maison est également appréciable…

February 2017Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, tout était parfait à l’exception du petit déjeuner offert . Ne jamais confier ce service à un homme qui ne fait pas les courses !!!!!!!!! Réponse Antilles Exception : Merci de votre commentaire. Je vous prie d'accepter mes excuses pour vous avoir fourni du lait de chèvre à la place de lait de vache... je me suis effectivement trompé ! Et pourtant, je fais les courses régulièrement !!! A l'année prochaine (j'éviterai de me tromper !). Cordialement Olivier

February 2015La location La maison charmante et la vue sur la mer magnifique. Elle est située au calme à quelques minutes en voiture de Sainte-Anne et du Marin. Les plages à proximité sont magnifiques (Salines, Pointe Marin, Anse Michel). T Concernant la prestation - Bonne réactivité de vos services (sauf pour notre demande concernant les locations de vélos) - Accueil sur place parfait - le loueur Jumbo Car nous a facturé le siège auto alors que nous étions censés l’avoir déjà payé (pas de problème avec Europcar).
