The villa is on the Atlantic coast, in the residential area of Petit Macabou and its magnificent beach.
In Le Vauclin, 5 km away, there is an authentic fish market, many shops and a few restaurants.
In a very quiet residential environment, with the sea 100 meters away, it has very large spaces and a swimming pool hidden from view.

On the side of the villa, a bungalow offers:
- 1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160x200) and its bathroom.
- 1 living room with a large flat screen, with a sofa bed suitable for 2 children
- 1 small well equipped kitchen, opening onto a small terrace

1 rate for the main villa that is 5 rooms (for 10 adults and 2 children)

MaskMaison spacieuse, bien équipée. C’est une grande villa, alors pour les enfants quelques jeux de plage : frites, pelle, seau et ballon seront les bienvenus. Nus avons laissé ceux que nous avons acheté, j’espère qu’ils profiteront aux suivants.
