This magnificent contemporary villa is in the quiet and residential area of Pointe Cerisier in Cap Est, Le François. It enjoys an exceptional sea view and is on the sea front with a private dock. It is possible to moor a boat at the dock for rides and swimming in the nearby lagoon. Swimming from the dock is also pleasant.
The nearest beach is about 1800m away. It is the small beach of Cap Est, which is particularly appreciated by kite-surfers.
Local shops are about 800m away; Le François and its shops are about 10 km away.
