The villa is on the heights of Sainte Anne in Guadeloupe, at the exit of the village in the direction of Saint François. The environment is residential and quiet.

The beach of Bois Jolan is about 3km from the house while the center of the village with its shops and restaurants and about 2,5km.

This 180m² two-levels villa features:

On the upper level:

2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a Queen size bed (160x200)
1 small mezzanine furnished with 2 single beds
1 bathroom with shower and bath and toilet

On the main level:

1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds
1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed
1 shower room
1 living room open onto the terrace with a sitting area and a dining area

In front of the living room, the partially shaded terrace includes an outdoor lounge and a dining area.

Facing the terrace, you will have the pleasure to refresh yourself in the swimming pool - with child security - or to rest on the lounge chairs made available for you.

Please note: due to its stair access, the villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans la villa avec un groupe de 7 adultes et deux enfants en bas âge. La villa a pleinement répondu à nos attentes et correspond bien à la description sur le site : accueillante et très confortable (matériel de plage disponible pour les sorties dans la buanderie). La terrasse et la piscine se sont révélées parfaites pour les moments en famille. La maison est bien au calme et permet le repos. La propriétaire a été très réactive par messagerie et attentionnée avant notre arrivée et l'accueil sympathique sur place par Ingrid et Eric a été impeccable. Les vacances ont été magnifiques, on recommande cette location!

Malgré les caprices du temps nous avons pu apprécier les charmes de cette ravissante villa. Idéalement située pour profiter des plages ou des ballades, avec un accueil chaleureux d'Ingrid en conciergerie. Une bonne adresse

La maison est spacieuse et confortable , nous étions 11 dont 2 enfants en bas age l espace était suffisamment grand surtout l extérieur qui est couvert et avec la piscine a cote le top .Le tout dans un quartier très calme ou l on entent le chant des grenouilles le soir.Nous avons tous passez un agréable séjour.
