The villa is located in a residential area of Sainte Anne, less than a two minute drive from a grocery store and a ten minute drive from the village of Sainte Anne and 15 minutes from the town of Saint François, their shops, restaurants and activities.

Built on one level, this 115m² villa (+45m² covered terrace) can accommodate up to 8 people. Arranged and decorated with great care, it includes:
- 3 air-conditioned parental suites each with a Queen Size bed (160/200), a private shower room and toilet
- 1 air-conditioned parental Suite equipped with 2 single beds (90/200) which can be brought closer, with a private shower-room and toilet
- 1 independent restroom
- 1 very well equipped kitchen open onto the terrace
- 1 large living room open onto the terrace
- 1 45m² magnificent covered terrace with a dining and a lounge area
- 1 splendid 20m² gazebo for relaxation with is 5 places jacuzzi
- 1 swimming pool for the pleasure of the adults and the children

Please note: In order to save energy, the air conditioning in the villa is programmed from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the air conditioning in the living room is not operational.
Exceptional events are not allowed (weddings, events, birthdays, parties, baptisms ....). Only the people noted in the contract are allowed to live on this property. Out of respect for the neighborhood, it is requested to make no noise after 10 pm. Smoking is allowed outside the house.
