This villa is on the magnificent beach front of El Portillo and its coconut grove, a 15 minute drive from the city center of Las Terrenas.

El Portillo beach is famous for its magnificent beach, protected by the coral reef and offering crystal clear waters.

Many shops and restaurants are along the coast and its succession of beautiful beaches over a distance of about ten kilometres: Punta Popy, Las Ballenas, Bonita....

Located in a private residence with a caretaker, very easy to access thanks to the pleasant fully paved road along the seaside, this tropical style villa is in a privileged location, 5 minutes from the village (mini-market at 200 m, with possible delivery).

Very comfortable, this villa is built on 2 levels with a beautiful infinity pool facing the coconut beach.

Electricity consumption is an additional charge to be paid on site.
